the first week is extremely frustrating... u have muscle soreness all over ur body... u dont feel like doing nething.. bt thtz jst temporary...
it takes 4-5 days to get rid of tht soreness pain.... bt quiting workout is the worst thing to do at this point... keep working out... with low intensity...
n its pretty gud tht u r taking 5meals a day... bt dont try to deficit ur body too mch... it so happens tht ur body starts storing calories as fat for future use... as an alarm to the low calorie intake...
so u'll be gainin fat if u cut too mch of ur diet...
drink loads of water... tht makes muscles fuller n helps in faster recovery...

Hey man im asian too,and you shouldn't be tired. We have the most healthiest diets in the world.Thats why we usually live longer. What im doing right now is working great.First you want to eat a breakfast that has non sugary cereal, fruit and water.and then you want to decrease the amount you eat through out the day.

Next if you want you could just pick up an issue of Mens health magazine($4.50) and it will give you workouts that work great!

*heres one that i use:
Things you need:medicine ball

Alright start off by laying with your back on the ground and put the medicine ball in betwen your feet.

keep your feet 7 inches above the ground and do leg lifts.(do 15 reps)

Next you want to do a crunch with a medicine ball in your hand.Hold the ball right above your forehead and do normal crunches.(20 reps)

Finally Do the leg lifts and a crunch at the same time with the medicine ball again in between your feet.(do 15 reps of these)

Doing alll of this completes one whole circuit. You want to do these three ab workouts continously without rest.after you finish each workout once take a 1 minute break and continue youyr workout.Until youve done 4 sets of everything.

Hope this helps and good luck.
If you need anymore help just Yahoo message me or email me.I perfer chatting.

Do some sports but limit yourself. Maybe dancing will be good for you. I'm a student myself. After school, do some sports whichever you like. It is important you get the right amount. An hour or so will be enough. It will help you lose weight + refresh your mind. Take a bathe and you will be ready to study and homework, at a much better mindset than without the exercise.

if you try exercising for 1 week *only* OF COURSE you get tired. It gets better as you build up muscle and lose fat.

get your daily caloric intake, divide it by 6 and eat meals accordingly (if you don't eat enough you will not lose weight!!!!)
