Your caloric intake is too low! Eat at least 1,500 divided in 5 meals each having 300 calories.
Plus, your proteins aren't enough (you would need 0.7-1 gr per lb) . If you can't get them from food take a whey powder.
Keep the fats below 40 (and especially eat fat free foods and put flaxseed oil in it, rather than eating low fat food!). Without essential fats you can NOT LOSE weight, this is a fact!
In order to lose fat you also need at least 3 liters of water and 3 servings of fat free dairy a day (you need calcium to lose weight).
Finally you need to workout more! At least twice a week and on regular basis. I would say 2 days of cardio (start with brisk walks) and 2 days of weight lifting.

Its not all about the food when trying to loose weight. Of course its important but exercice is they way to go. You need to be working out and eating the right foods together. You cant just be eating the right foods and low calories with no work out. Try eating a good nurtrience breakfest, a good but not heavy lunch and a very light dinner. Have snacks in between but healthy ones. Drink lots of water and remeber, try snacking less at night! Good Luck!

The minimum caloric intake for men who are trying to lose weight is 1400. You are below that amount. The reason you're not showing any weightloss is because your body thinks it's starving (starvation mode). Once this happens, everything you eat is stored by your body as fat, as a way to protect itself from starving.
Give your body a healthy balance of complex carboydrates (fruits, vegatables, whole grain cereals & breads), healthy fats (cold water fish like salmon or tuna, olive oil, flax seed oil, nuts, etc.) and lean protein.
Increase your intake to 1400-1500 calories per day and you should begin to see results.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

It takes time.Hang in there I lost about 35lbs. in 2006 a combo of stress not eating at night and taking vitamins & walking alot.
Stick to it, like one weight loss pro said- You didn't put it on in a week or two but you expect to take it off that fast, not going to happen, just exercise eat breakfast & nutricious snacks, & stop eating at night also drink lots of water.
Good luck
Most of all be patient it takes time.

Probably not much, if any at all because your body is probably in starvation mode due to your minimal caloric intake. Caloric intake below 1500 calories per day will result in nutrient deficiency. In addition to that, the calories that you do consume are stored as fat because your body doesn't receive enough to sustain daily functions.
