THe most important thing to do is to have a positive attitude about your health. You are focused on the negative and that will not help you heal. Say and visualize yourself with great health and feel the difference. That in itself will change your body's chemical reaction to resolve the few issues you have. I cannot stress that enough!

Circulation is the key to great health and to move the new blood into your hands and feet use the herb ginger. Make ginger tea or create a blender mix of fruits with ginger in it. Also cayenne pepper (any hot peppers) is the greatest circulator of them all. It can heal any issue if you use enough of it.

When you are tired all the time you dint have enough nutrition and that is the bottom line. Find a supplement that gets into your body right away (not a pill) like super food. Absorbs into your bloodstream within seconds. You know about your own diet, so fix that as well.

Drinking a gallon of water a day might be the most important point. We are made of 80% water and dehydration will cause a lot of issues. Must flush out the toxins in the body. Also doing a colon cleanse will help rid of the toxins as well.

Best of health to you

Your CBC results are excellant so that is not the problem. The getting cold easily and the bluish fingernails is poor circulation and there is not a whole lot you can do about that unless the doc feels there is a medical cause for it. I have had poor circulation most of my life so you have to learn to adapt. As for feeling tired all the time be sure you eat a healthy diet with lots of fresh veggies and fruits, get at least 8 hours of sleep at night. Take a mulitvitamin daily that is well absorbed by your body and use a good antioxidant supplement. Your health is fine it is you that needs to get motivated to take care of yourself.

Okay... here's the deal... go to: www.dukehealth.org and look for the 'Health Library' on the home page. It may be listed under 'Services'. Click it open, and scroll towards the bottom: click on 'Symptoms', then use 'Health A to Z'.

Click on C for cold intolerance, and F or fingers. If you have any other symptoms, use the first letter of it as well. That site has been very helpful to me in the past, and may help you as well. Good luck.

Try drinking more water, buying whole grain bread, and eating more fruits and vegetables, and laying off the high fat, high refined sugar junk food. Your diet is one of the most important ways of maintaining your body and poor health may be your body's way of telling to treat it better.
