i regret turning down my ex, we went out a few times, it wasn't til a year later after we became really good friends that i've realized what kind of person she was, no matter what she refused to give us another chance.
so i dont think you will regret it if you dont keep in touch with that person. and if you do regret it, i think you're just being an idiot, cause you're scraping the bottom of the barrel, and should never do that.
