Hi there! I've been skating for 4 years and have competed a few times. I have plenty of dresses, all from different places. Here are the bese places from which to order:
Jerry's Skate wear ( http://www.jerryskate.com/products.php )
When buying from Jerry's(which has THE BEST dresses!) you need to get it from a dealer, because the Jerry's site doesn't sell them. Places to look for Jerry's dresses are:
Skate Mart ( http://www.figureskaters-resource.com/ )
Skate Buys ( http://www.skatebuys.com/jerrys.html )
Ice zone (In Boardman, Ohio. Phone 330-965-423)
Chiller at Easton (In Columbus, Ohio. Phone 614-475-757)
The last two are dealers whose contact info was on the Jerry's website. They probably have dresses that are not from Jerry's, so you may want to give those places a call and find out their hours so you can actually go to a store and see the dresses for yourself.

You could also go to Tania Bass, but they are MUCH more expensive than the other manufacturers. Del Arbour has them too, but, just my opinion, Del Arbour's dresses aren't as pretty as dresses from the other manufacturers Lol.
If you're in a rush for a dress (just a tip), check out a section on these website that might be "in-stock" or something of that nature. Those can always be shipped much faster than others.

Great answers by the other answerers. I really like Michelle Kwan's skating outfits and I think she gets them from Vera Wang... but I don't know if these are sold to boutiques, cos they could be custom-made for Kwan. But it's worth finding out about those dresses.
