Cardiovascular exercise is exercise for keeping a healthy heart. EVERYONE needs cardiovascular exercise. No questions asked. EVERYONE should do at least some form of cardiovascular exercise everyday to keep them going, no matter what age you are. Cardiovascular exercise will increase heart efficiency, better bloodflow to and away from the heart, increase efficiency of your lungs and lowers the risk of heart disease. Some of the different exercises you should do Everyday are jogging, biking, jump rope and climbing

You improve your stamina by repetition. If you start out running 1 mile a day you can increase it by running every day. Cardiovascular exercises means exercises that get your heart/blood pumping. Aerobics are a good exercise for that. Improve your cardiovascular by exercise. Regular exercise. Start out slow and gradually add to it. If you do to much at first you will be sore. Then you might not want to continue, so just start out slow. Don't try to compete with your friend. Everyone has their own limitations. Try Yoga. It is great. Really stretches and tones your body. And calms you down as well. Sometimes exercise can actually make you weigh more because muscle weighs more than fat. You might weigh more but look better. :) Good luck!
