I don't know if I should on a diet. I have acne, dak circles, bad breath, and I constantly have gas in my stomcah (most of it is in school) but when I am at home, I don;t have that stomach problem. I don't even eat in school anymore. do I need to see a doctor. bad breath and acne is causing me emotional problems as well. do i need to go on a detox diet.

i use to eat junk food but now I have stopped tramendously but still I am still having those problems.

A good Naturopath should be able to test you for allergies and make some diet suggestions suited to your physiology that may help you feel well.
Dark circles under the eyes make me wonder about an allergy to something you are either consuming or exposed to.

Some exercise outside (even just a short brisk walk) each day can really help settle the tummy, ease jangled nerves or give a boost when feelin a lil down.

Not eating junk food will certainly improve your general health. I think it would probably be wise to see a doctor to make sure you have no illnesss but it sounds like it may be more social phobia than illness if it only happens when you eat at school.
You are very unlikley to need a detox diet, just eat healthily and dont forget to eat plenty of fruit and veg.

Eating less junk food and oily foods should help. You may also want to go see a doctor because if you have a lot of gas in your stomach and it hurts, you might have acid reflux and there are medications that can help that.
