I think it would be impossible to have sex with the tracks.
First of all the railroads are private property.
As for having sex on the tracks I think is putting yourself in a life or death situation.
Walking on the tracks is dangerous enough, but laying on them is insane.
I do not recommend this or you may not live to talk about it.

Believe it or not, I have seen this one time in my railroad career.
The amorous duo were not on the tracks, but right next to them. It looked to me like they didn't even know we were there as we passed.
Still, I wouldn't recommend it. Next to the tracks, one is not practicing "safe sex."

They get splinters, cuts, and maybe some rockage. OH and if a train comes you might be in trouble.
