Stay home, start a project that you have put off for way too long. The satisfaction of accomplishment will give you a warm feeling.
Or, if you can find anyone else in the neighborhood who is not watching TV, offer to help them with a task or project.

After dozens of Superbowl parties over the years, I've come to the conclusion that they're usually all the same. I like to make popcorn and snacks and invite one or two friends or neighbors that live close by to join me and we have just as much fun without having to go anywhere in traffic.( I live in LA on the west coast so it's not cold, but I come from Toronto so I know)

Depends on how much you'd like to be at the party. Where I am it is 9 degrees right now. Nothing short of a fire would get me out today. If you go, dress extra warm.

Go to the party. I caught a cold on Friday and it looks like I might not be able to go to the superbowl party my friends are throwing. =( It sucks.
Just bundle up and go out and have fun.
