I have really chubby cheeks and a double chin. how do you get rid of them!!

Yes. I agree with everyone that losing weight overall will thin everything down. However, for toning the face and neck, try this.
Say the vowels A-E-I-O-U using accentuated face movements while keeping your checks and neck tight. While saying them, stretch you mouth and really keep thoses areas tight and make your lips really form the vowel.
You can do this several times through out the day, waiting for red lights, waiting for meetings to begin, just about anywhere.

Just focus on losing bodyfat. For most people, when you start to lose fat, the fat loss tends to happen in the upper body and face first. So the good news is once you start losing weight your face should start to get slimmer first. Good ways to lose bodyfat include a smart diet plan (cut out or eliminate sugar - this one change alone will result in many people dropping some weight) and do some exercise that gets your heart rate pumpin'. Drink lots of water, as this will help flush some of the excess water you may be carrying around. Quite often, that puffy look that some people have is created by water retention (which is easily disguised as fat).

If you are skinny everywhere else, deal with it or plastic surgery. If not, you need to do fat burning exercises (cardio). Running, swimming, etc. This burns fat everywhere. But I honestly think you may be fine the way you are and that may just be the way you're made.
