Where can I find a box of some sort to hide a wall phone?

Well I am not sure about finding one....but if you have the know how or the resources to have it done....just cut a hole in the wall and build a recessed box in the wall (with or without a door to it). Trim it out nice and hey you have a cubby hole for your phone......good luck

Just take a cabinet with a door that will fix over the phone, remove the back and make a notch along bottom edge for the wire to run and attach to the wall.
