Hi, the smallest pedigree cat is said to be the Singapura - weighing around 2-4kg (4-9lb):

I have one for sale. It is a kitten and I will deliver it to your door for the price of £18000.

Alternativly, try look by your local river/canal - there is always a sack of them nearby!
