You are in a 30 zone. I must catch him up and sit in his boot he thinks. These people are now allowed to mug you on the road. So why don't we have derestricted speeds on the roads so that as there will be so many accidents,fatalities, injuries & damage to vehicles & property that the insurance costs will drive us all off the roads. Obviously 30 to some drivers has nothing to do with speed in MPH. If this was Kilos then is 48 Km/H. Should they be retested?

I know a bloke who has a piece of card on the top of the back seats attached to a piece of string which runs along the inside of the roof and hangs down by the side of the drivers seat.
Any time he gets some idiot up his ars e he pulls the string and up pops the card displaying two words in large red letters in the back window. I won't actually tell you what the words are except to say that one of them is "OFF" !
He swears it never fails to shock them!

It's a common problem, they want you to go faster so that they don't have to pass. If people break the law does it mean the law should be changed? Should people who drive safely and keep the law be put at greater risk on account of those who are in too much of a hurry to live? Do you want to see those close to you end up as an accident statistic?
My answer to the above is no.
Some drivers shouldn't just be retested, they should be banned from driving for life.

I guess your question is should other drivers keep a greater distance from you in a 30mph zone then they have been doing. The slower the speed the closer somone can travel to you and in safety. 30 mph is slow for modern cars and very safe for other road users. I believe it is the correct and safe speed for built up areas.

They will get a fine and points. Only time I know of that this would be different is if they have 12 points already or refuse to pay, in which case they lose the license for too many points and possibly go to court for not paying

they should remove all signs . this has been proven to make most car drivers drive more sensibly , but then you get the 1 who has to spoil it and then the signs go back up . there is no answer because most car drivers think it is everyone else who are the idiots .i of course am the only sensible driver round here . lol.

as a big truck driver, I see idiots all the time.. most of them have accidents at some point.. just let them around you and they will have another accidentdown the road..there is no hope for most of them...I think America needs a driver awareness class and it should be mandantory

It doesn't matter how fast you're going someone will always want to prove that they can go faster.People often think that they are invulnerable in their vehicles and try to bully others who may be driving correctly but the aggressive tw&t in his car thinks that you should pull over for him.

Not quite sure what your question is. Many drivers think the speed limits don't apply to them and get very angry when they are caught speeding.

why dont you stick to the speed limit you are happy with . to other drivers they should do a awerness test if caught speeding to much in towns
