Most Krispy Kreme donuts have around 250 calories. But it all depends on the donut. The original glazed, for example, comes with 200 calories. On the other hand, the Apple Fritter donut comes with 380 calories. But please note that the primary concern with Krispy Kreme donuts isn't necessarily their caloric content, but more so the fact they come with a hefty serving of artery clogging trans fats. This is by far more dangerous, so it's a good reason to limit or avoid the consumption of their donuts.

It depends....creme filled or not, chocolate or not, etc. anywhere from a few hundred to almost 1000....yes..that's right. That is a problem, but not the only one. Because it is primarily processed sugar( and fat), it had no nutritional value and does not trigger the body's fullness indicator. So you eat a lot of calories, but your body still acts hungry because you eat for nutrients...They are OK in moderation....and very moderate levels at that., but be careful....but they are do darn good.....
