There is nothing the undergrad chapter president can do for you. You would need to find the closest graduate chapter of DST in your area. If unsure, you should call Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc National Headquarters and ask them.

Talk to undergrad chapter president and see if she can point you in the right direction. You may be able to cross with the undergrads and join another grad chapter later... not too sure, but it'd be worth a shot.
