Three Possible Answers...

1. She is not a creative gift-giver
2. She is always broke (which is very lame)
3. She just wants the goodies... very selfish though (sorry for the term)

Maybe she isn't into presents. Otherwise maybe she gets embarrassed that she can't afford presents and therefore prefers not to give them. Never expect anything - that way anything you do get is a pleasant surprise.

Could it be you choose a gold digger? or she may not have the extra income to shop at this time for gifts.

Well it says that she is not a thoughtful giving person. Do you want to be with someone like that?

it shouldnt mean that she doesnt care for you ,maybe she shows her feelings towards you in some other ways ...If you are happy with her , and she's with you ,then it doesnt really matter .
