You are not overweight at all. When I was 12 years old, i was an anorexic and i weighed 66 pounds. Now I am 14, and I weigh 110 lb. I am in better shape now, and I am not trying to lose weight. Your weight is fine for your age. It is better to be healthy than skinny.

No you are not overweight but you are also too young to worry about it. Yes, I know you must start good eating and exercise habits to stay healthy during your adult life but to worry so much about this at your age, you are just setting yourself up for a lifetime of dieting and image/self-esteem issues. Your body is not through growing and it will change dramatically in the next 8 years.

=/ It's not about being overweight (which they've all told you, YOU AREN'T). It's about being healthy. Are you asking this question because you eat fast food everyday? (Ew) Don't go for "skinny"; go for healthy. I hope you're exercising and eating right... which doesn't include fast food or a lot of things most teenagers eat (that includes you). Ask your parents to buy healthy foods (not pre-packaged diet ...crap). Fresh veggies, fruits, low fat dairy, etc. Not hard at all.

Try to see your family doctor to see if your general health is fine and avoid any stress about it. I remember during my teen years that stress was the main problem (combined with hormonal changes) because it's one of the reason we have pimples. Weight becomes really a problem once an adult because you don't grow anymore.

Nooooo! Not at all! If you're concerned, go to this website http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/
and calculate your BMI. My sister is 4'11" (she's 21) and weighs 105. I tell her her all the time that she's so skinny! I always wished I were that tiny, I think it's so cute to be little!
