It is winter and too cold to play outside.
Sunday is family day and we try to do something new and fun everytime.
These are the things we usually do...swim (indoor pool), roller skating, movies, childrens museum, sledding, bowling, chucky cheese...
What else can we do that is fun and not very expensive...
For a five year old...

Ah the inside day.... hell on parent and child when there is nothing to do!

We grab the pens and paper and help our 18 month old draw, then move to a car ride and a snack, maybe to McD's Playplace... If that doesnt work then letting her run around the local mall helps burn energy and time. Also going to the local drug store and getting some fun stickers and making a "memory page" is something fun, cheap(like 10$ at most), and will last as a great memory. Have fun, and the cold will be gone soon(I HOPE!! im in MD!!)
