we are confused when our taxes will be here, we efiled and turbo tax tells us the 9th, irs tells us the 13th, wich one is it..

I would listen to the IRS - they're the ones sending out the money.

Well since the IRS is the one cutting and mailing the check, I would believe them before I believed TurboTax.

The 9th is when your e-direct deposit should be in your account. The 13th is the date of the payment if it were sent to you as a paper check.
