I am 49 and I still think sweet pet names are nice. They can be very endearing. : )

pet names are usually used after you get to know someone after a while. never heard of it on a first date. although southern woman like to call everybody sweety...

I am 48 and my husband calls me sweety baby etc and i call him these names also

pet names, I still like and use them. My husband however, quit using mine a while ago....when he got mad at me one day and said, "just so you know, I will NEVER call you this name because I want to show you things are NEVER going to be the same as our young days"
It makes me pretty sad...but I still use his.

i dont call my lady a pet name she is my love or beloved --- maybe in time we will --- i dont think so
my ex wife and i had pet names when we were married and they lasted a few years

if someones calling you that then you might be cheated on because good cheaters use pet names so they dont mix up names
