I'm assuming that you're keeping up with the diet.. You also need to watch what time you eat your last meal of the day,(2-3 hrs before bedtime). Breakfast and lunch should be your biggest meals of the day respactively. Dinner shouldn't be very big at all, (1/4 or less of total daily intake).
After saying that, you are also at the point in your program where the weight starts to burn off more slowly than in the beginning. This is natural and is also where most people just give up. Just keep on truckin' and you'll reach your goal. Just not as fast as you expected. Good luck.

Okay the amount of calories you consume everyday is way too low you need to be consuming about 1600 calories a day. The reason your body fat is going up is because your losing muscle and gaining fat. The reason your gaining fat and losing muscle is because your not eating enough to nourish your muscles for the type of workout your doing. For weight lifting you need to feed your muscles for example protein shakes, egg whites, grilled chicken, and fish.

If you keep working out, doing cardio, weight lifting, isometrics, plyometrics, and calisthenics, and have a proper diet ( recommended the abs diet or the warriors diet) , and work out every day of the week you will be fine.

Also see your doctor, or nutrition for more details.

I went on a diet my doctor gave me. When he saw that I had gained weight, he asked "Aren't you eating the diet I gave you?"
I said "Sure Doc, but its tough eating this diet plus my regular meals!"
