the child support won't have a problem tracing him. I have all his details and he still owns property here and so on.

I would think that once you file for childsupport, the biological father is probably going to deny the fact that he fathered the child, and a DNA test will prove he fathered your child, and then Childsupport goes from there! If he knew you were pregnant and hopped out due to insecurities.. They will nail him for back childsupport! As long as you have his ss number, and last current address then childsupport WILL find him. It's not fair to the child that his/her father will not find out about them until it's proven in court, but why would you want your child subjected to that in the first place? Chances are he didn't want anything to do with the child so he skipped out! I am a single mom raising 2 BEAUTIFUL daughters by myself. Their Father's aren't in the picture and one lives across town,a nd the other 45 minuets north. I don't bother with child support because I would only get $25 a piece... What's the sense my girls are 5 & 4. $25 is nothing, and I can do this on my own without that measly $25! My oldest daughter's father was paying it, and then stopped because he claimed that he never saw her... WELL DUH!! I have no car to drive 45 minuets north, and he had PLENTY of opportunity to see her. I say the HELL WITH THE DEAD BEATS!! I know I did my part so when they start asking questions as they get older I will just point them in the direction of their fathers! They will have to explain their deadbeat @$$es! I did my part!
GOOD LUCK AND CONGRATS!!!!

NO, first of all you have to have some type of info on the guy u were giving it up to, u know like his DOB, his SS#, description, last known addr, relatives addresses, last employer or something... u give all that info to child support and they can track him down but it would be faster if u knew the addr and his new current work location of course.. and no they don't tell him if the child is a boy or girl but the papers that are served to him will have the childs name on them....
Good Luck finding the deadbeat...

Child support will certainly track him down, make him take a paternity test, and set up support payments. I'm not really sure if that's what you're asking. But I dont know if CSEA will give out that type of info before they establish that he is actually the dad. more likely, a friend would tell him. Just because you haven't heard from him doesn't mean no one has!

they will most likely send him a request for a dna test to prove he is the father and yes he will find out the sex of the baby

Not neccessarily.
Unless YOU have moved, your family have moved and no one in the area still remembers you he need only walk into a local corner shop and ask.
Good news travels nearly as fast as bad news!

why not just ask him how he found out - you had sex with him so you must be able to ask him one simple question. then get on with your life and enjoy your baby, life is to short to be bitter.
