If you walk 30 minutes a day you will find that will help many health problems. Sounds like you are having tension headaches
and walking relieves this. Like the health care people say we all need exercise daily. You will see benefits after 2-3 weeks. Good luck!........................David N

Do you already wear glasses? If not, you might need to get your eyes tested. Eye strain can lead to persistent headaches.
