Is she trying to go but struggling or in any pain attempting to go? or does she just have no desire to even bother?
If it is the first one then I'd get her back down the vets very soon for a follow up. If the second I would give it another day..
Although it is not the same my dog got in a fight with another dog and didn't go to the bathroom for the entire day... I think this was brought on by stress.. so it could be stress with your dog.. (However I really have little experience in this area so don't take my word for it)
Has she drunk anything since she returned home... sometimes they go a day or so without water and this will affect the frequency of 'toilet visits'.
It may be worth calling either the local emergency vets or find out the animal hotline numbers in your area. Just to havea chat about it before the vets open again in the morning.
Good luck. :)

Yes this is completely normal. Dogs even after being spayed will continue to use trees and lamp posts. Any sign of your dog using the bathroom would be extremely unusual behaviour.

Could have an infection. One of my dogs was fine after spaying, the other got a urine infection. It's very painful and requires antibiotics. Get the animal checked out by the vet quickly.

No it's not normal. I just had my two kittens spayed and neutered. Both of them had no trouble going to the bathroom afterwards. You should call your vet now.

Your dog may have an infection down below! Have you seen your dog even try to go to the toliet? If you see your dog to a wee, check if there is any blood in it. I would also see your local vet!

WEll, yes and no. It's fine for the first few days, but after three days you need to get the animal to a different vet and get the vet to check the other's work.
