Possible, maybe, but not wise. think 2 to 3 pounds a week, or 1 to 1.5 kgs. Losing weight too fast is not only not healthy, but rarely effective in the long run. Lose it fast, it comes back fast...Slow and steady wins the race.

Here is a place that reviews a bunch of weight loss programs, dieting aides, supplements and so on. Even has categories like diabetes, low fat and hypnosis. Pretty cool site.
http://www.reviewplace.com/cat-135-DietsWeightLoss--Top-10-Weight-Loss-Programs.html
Many of the programs listed have consumer reviews, so you can read what others think of the different programs.
Hope this helps!

NO! you cannot lose 11lbs. in one week and if you tried it would be extremely unhealthy! If you have a very good diet and a lot of exercise you could possibly lose this much weight in two weeks.

You can, but it would be highly not reccomended to do so.
It is unhealthy, and most likely to do that much weight in such a short period of time, would cause some sort of mal nutrition, which would in effect not benefit you at all.
