Deism is a religious philosophy and movement that became prominent in England, France, and the United States in the 17th and 18th centuries. Deists typically reject supernatural events (prophecy, miracles) and divine revelation prominent in organized religion, along with holy books and revealed religions that assert the existence of such things. Instead, deists hold that religious beliefs must be founded on human reason and observed features of the natural world, and that these sources reveal the existence of one God or supreme being.
Theism is the belief in the existence of one or more Gods or deities.
Depending on the thoughts about supernatural events and the possibility of multiple gods or not it is deist or theist. Not agnostic as many people answered:
Agnosticism (from the Greek a, meaning "without" and gnosis, "knowledge", translating to unknowable) is the philosophical view that the truth value of certain claims—particularly theological claims regarding metaphysics, afterlife or the existence of God, god(s), or deities—is unknown or (possibly) inherently unknowable. Some agnostics take a stronger view that the concept of a deity is incoherent, thus meaningless and irrelevant to life.

Agnostic, probably. But that basically just means "I don't know" (from gnosis, "knowledge," with the a- prefix meaning "without"). Agnostics are generally content to leave the religious question in the form of a question. A "gnostic," conversely, is one who insists on direct spiritual experience of God, without necessarily subscribing to any orthodox dogma.
"Theism" is the generic term for all belief systems which imply a "supreme being." "Deism" historically refers to ideas characteristic of the liberal atmosphere of the Enlightenment, typified by the conception of God as a "hands off" kind of a Guy who doesn't embroil Himself in mundane affairs (as opposed to the tribal war gods of the Abrahamic religions).

You are a theist not an agnostic, as in your description you do not question whether God's existence can be proved or disproved, as agnostics do, instead you have a belief in a deity. Theism is not a religion itself, as religion is the set rites and practices coupled with the belief and worship of Deit(y)ies or higher power etc.
