She is pregnant and due any day. She has been vomiting for 2 days. What can we do

How long has this been going on? Has she eaten or drunk? Is she able to keep anything down?
Without knowing the answers to those questions, it's darn near impossible to give any response.
Chi's sometimes get an upset tummy and will spew a little foam. Usually no big deal, as long as they're eating or at least drinking. If they've spewed up everything they eat or drink and keep vomiting, then you need to Take Them To The Vet NOW!!! Chi's don't have much reserves, they need attention a lot faster than a big dog.

She might of ate something that's making her sick. I'd call your vet. Good luck!!
