by empty i mean no breakfast in the morning until after you do your excercising.

It makes no difference at all. Exercise is exercise. You can work harder if your belly isn't full. And working out on a full stomach is never a good idea. So the longer you work out the more calories you burn. It is best to have maybe a little something in your belly, but full or no, it does not change the way your body burns calories and that is all exercise does.

losing weight doesn't really have anything to do with when you eat but, how many calories
i think it is more comfortable to have something small before exercising, like a banana or apple with a small amount of natural peanut butter for protein, if you exercise when you are too full you may feel sick, if you are accustomed to eating breakfast in the morning and you don't eat you may not have any energy and it may cause you to feel like passing out,
i also wouldn't start eating breakfast if you are not a breakfast person
