i want to lose like 5 to 10 lbs. i'm thinking i'd be happy if i lost them by... hmm april to june. april preferably -- . i'm not impatient. thats not my question though, i'm wondering how much i can lose between now and that time? i eat healthy and whenever i'm hungry, drink a lot of water, and exercise consistently. i'm 5'4 and probably 120 to 118 pounds and with my body frame i need to take some off. so how much can i lose? what else should i do?
