Highlight your text. Then in MSWord, it's Tools, Font, check All Caps box, and Apply.

ya there is way....
1.just select all text
2.select format-----> change case
3.change case dialoug box is displayed...... in that select "upper case"
4. click on "ok"

your all selected text are converted in to capital letters...
