The regular use of mixture of 'Sambrani leaves', 'chukku', 'kalkandam', 'small onion' and 'kurumulaku' is a remedy for cold. These elements in small quantity may be boiled in one glass of water and squeezed. About 50 ml of the 'kashayam' may be taken during night before sleep.
