I would suggest working out before you eat but if this cannot be done then you should wait about an 1 1/2 to 2 hours to go workout. You do not want to workout too soon because otherwise you will be burning the calories before they digest and that is not healthy.

You are all good for working out. While it is different for everyone on how they feel after eating something, generally the rule of thumb is to allow 90-120 minutes before you workout to prevent having feelings of nausea.
