i would say to trim it first, or even shave it off, and then when it starts to grow then wax it,

Bikini has to be the most painful place to have waxing and would not advise to attempt it yourself, its much less painless when you see someone qualified to do it because its over quicker, I can never forget the disasters for attempting to do it myself so its not worth the hassle trust me I know!

Tip: take painkillers half an hour before your appointment and do not under any circumstances go if you have PMT ( or a week before your period) the pain is worse at this time and grows back quicker.

But dont be disheartened, its fully worth the pain, the smoothness is heavenly and lasts a long time and its soo clean. Its really not that painful when you get used to having it done.
