Hi there...hematur (blood in urine) is indicative of a lower urinary tract disorder which truly needs to be evaluated by a veterinarian as some can become life-threatening within 24-48 hours because partial or full urethral blockages can occur. Urinary disorders sometimes require surgery and followed up with a course of antibiotics as well as change of diet for cats with lower urinary disorders that your vet will prescribe.

Your cat may look fine, but if she has blood in her urine she's by no means fine.

She needs to be seem by a Vet ASAP.

She may have bladder or kidney problems and you can't treat those yourself only a Vet can tell you what's wrong and how to treat it.

Please don't let this go, for the life of your cat call a Vet now!

Please take your cat to the vet, only he is going to be able to tell you what's wrong. If there is blood in the water, something is wrong and it could be serious.

Best of luck.

only a vet could answer this question, you may want to try posting on allexperts.com but, they will probably just tell you to bring your cat to a vet as well
