eat celery (without the peanut butter or raisins). It actually has negative calories (i.e. it takes more calories to digest it than it has in it) mainly because of the strings.

If you eat enough celery (i think it's at about -30 calories per stalk) you should lose weight. It'll take a lot of celery though!

Eat a balanced diet and do some exercise, it's the only way guaranteed to lose weight and keep it off.

Depending on how much you want to lose I would just eat smaller portion meals, and cut down on junk food. Your Doctor can advise you on how to diet correctly, and if you don't have one than instead of fulling your plate to maximum capacity limit it to half, stay away from high calorie intakes.

burn more calories then you take in. It is the only way.
