Money earned by children is a big part of income or may be only income for some of the families.By in forcing child labour law without helping those families is disastrous for those families. We should help raise standard of living for those families so that they do not have to send their children to work.

In my personal opinion there is no harm of child labour for 10+ age in the places which not very senstive to their health like Dhabas etc. But their employer should also take responsibility of their primary education. The NGOs and other social organisations are just squeezing money from the international organisations and not doing any good for them. There no harm in working and getting primary education simultaneously. Because if they not work they will be involving themsevles in other anti social activities like begging, pick pocketing, stealing and even in other crimes.

Hello I have a 2 year old that tends to get what you call dandruff but is actually the beginning of "cradle cap" dry scalp others say. He would get it when he was young and he had ALOT of hair so it was unnoticeable. I purchased Neutrogena T-Gel (under $5) and it works great. I wash his hair with it 2 times a week especially when he get a hair cut (yesss i had to cut it because he went from slick rick to a big afro) and i mosturize his scalp.. light vasoline.. nothing heavy. the other days of the week i just use his regular baby shampoo (Johnson's)..So try that out. If it gets worse than take him get checked it may be more than what you think but Im sure that T-gel will be the answer to your problem.

There are many NGOs working for the upliftment of child aand for abolising of child labour. All problems relating to children will be eliminated if each one us contribute something as per our capacity for the upbringing of children. Or if assist such NGOs with financial assistance for the educational support of the child labourers. Poor Parents send their minor child to workplace because they don't have money to send them to schools. if we can help them out child labour will be eliminated. every parents want to see their children in a good position in the society but its the economic compulsion that push them to that level. if we remove poverty and if we uplift each and every family in the country to a economically vibrant family, child labour will be only in the book to be read by our younger generations.

You should check his symptoms. It may be as simple as the shampoo or soap you are using. Change soaps and shampoos to the mildest, without perfumes. It may be psoriasis or eczema or another skin condition that a home remedy won't help and may hurt. If changing soaps doesn't help, your baby should see a doctor.

Educate the parents of poor children. Poor people depend on the earnings of children. Therefore they procreate more and more children. This mentality should be stopped.
