If you have already been to court and found guilty.. I don't think there is a statute of limitations.

writing illegal checks is a felony and has a statute of limitations up to 7 years. depending on the amounts, the statute may never expire.

If you have been sentenced then there is NO Statute. If they want you bad enough they will find you. Keep looking over your shoulders.
