Because Satanists developed and named this "religion". Satanists don't believe in the actual deity of Satan, they devote their life to living to the ideals that he represents. They don't believe in a Hell, or a Heaven ... so therefore, they wouldn't feel they are on a road to either place. Satanism is more of a rebellion against opressive fundamentalist Christianity.

Also Satanists don't beleive hell is a bad place.
