When you and she is with a group of friends, always show her special attention. Whether you are alone with her or with a group, Smile a lot. Not a silly grin but your normal happy to be here smile. When you do this it shows in your eyes how pleased you are to be around her. Always have a nice but not over done compliment for her. Like compliment her hair or how she's dressed, one mention of it is enough. If you over do, it will show you are trying to hard which will turn out to be annoying. If she changes her style of hair, or make up or has a new outfit on, be sure you are the first to notice and give a nice compliment.

Roam around her, make her laugh, show her you care by doing things for her, make eye contact with her, Smile when you make eye contact, complement her by telling her what you like about her for example her eyes - hair - clothes, give her attention by listening carefully then later ask her about what happened with her regarding something she had previously told you about, Be playful with her.

joke , laugh , make some eye contact at the same time as the girl ...........and maybe rib her a little you know say how does it feel to be the .......sexiest / brainiest / etc girl in the class / office / etc .....or if shes concieted then do opposite say thickest / plainest / etc ............dont be too personal or rude just enough to make her laugh ............good luck

dont flirt --- talk to her --- get to know her --- flirting is for parties and social gatherings to achieve nothing really because you never get to know the person

we girls like to laugh, so try a joke. also most girls think nobody likes them, so compliment her on something. we are usually sensitive, and for some reason these aren't good to compliment on: hair, socks, and our strength. trust me: it can really piss a girl of!! ;)
