I like this guy and he acts like he like me too. alot but sometimes he is real mean to me. especially when we are around his friends. wats up?

He likes you but is afraid of his friends knowing that he likes you. you know how guys are they are tough and they don't want to be caught up with their emotions in front of other guys.

the deal could be that he is trying to show you that he likes you,but actually he mite be just using you to prove a point to his friends. see he mite also be really liking you but may be embarrassed to reveal that side of him to his friends.
just make sure you tell him that you want some respect and that your not gonna stand for being treated like that. talk it out with him and see if he changes.
if not then you need to play the game and the minute he acts smart in front of his friends-just give it back to him ,give a smart line rite at him or ignore him next time he says 'hi' to you in front of his friends.that should teach him right.

If he sincerely likes you, then he wouldn't be mistreating you. I'd reconsider him as any kind of friend. Be more selective when chosing friends, because, without respect, relationships are doomed!

my boyfriend was treating me badly in front of his friends. i explained the hurtful things he was doing and that if he didn't shape up i'd be out of there. he likes me, so tried hard to fix it, and so will ur guy if he likes you enough. if not - its time to move on sister! but i'd at least approach him about it first, he may be willing to make more of an effort..

If he is mean to you around his friends ,that shows you he truly doesn't care about you or your feelings.
If he was a decent guy he wouldn't care who knew he liked you.
Dump him & find someone who isn't ashamed for people to know he likes you.

he probaly likes you just doesn't want his friends to know. I'm not so sure if he likes you enough to tell his friends. Just be nice to him and he may show some respect back to you.
