if u can't go to europe then u MUST spend your time with those people who can speak it fluently or who are native speakers in that language.
I'm not trying to sound negative here but learning a language in one month is really hard so if you really really really want learn it one month then you have to buy a book, take classes and try to think in that language as much as possible (as in when you talk to yourself, talk in that language).
Final most important tip is STUDY EVERYDAY.

Sorry but it's impossible ...Yes, do all they suggest but its virtually impossible. Where are you? And why do you need to learn this language in a month?
OK this is my best advice .... just read, watch English T.V, watch movies, listen to tapes, or talk with an English Speaking person ..all day ...everyday ... the more English you get in your eyes and ears ... the more will come out of your mouth .... Immerse yourself totally ... when you dream in English you will realize you are thinking in English ...
Good Luck

upload yourself into the matrix and install the language disks.
ur crazy, you could try one of those pimsleur language courses which are audio. You have to sit through hours of lessons, but the method is quite good. you won't be fluent at the end of it but at lease you will know alot of basic stuff.

Practice speaking and translating. Buy an audio cassette to help you. Listen to it as often as you can and repeat what you hear.
