This message does not seem to be written in any certain language. It looks like a mixture of words and letters. If you can not ask your ex-boyfriend to decode it, you should forget about it completly.

maybe u could tell more about the message or at least say if it is in a wacky language? it could mean COME BACK 2 ME n if u want a better guess give more details
