No, memory in computers is physical. RAM, Random Access Memory and ROM, Read Only Memory is the memory your computer has. You can purchase memory on the internet at various websites, but you cannot actually download real physical memory to your computer yet.

Although some may try to sell you it. Along with dehydrated water I bet.

you can purchase software which claims to increase your memory, but it is usually caching software or changes the way your pc accesses it's memory and is not always advisable as it can cause your computer to crash.
