Usually when an ethnic joke is good, it's because it plays on a stereotype, and as we all know, stereotypes are what they are because they're true more often than not.
French are not known for eating garbage. Actually, they're known for having some of the finest culinary chefs and restaurants in the world, and as a region that produces some of the top wines and the only real champagne.
As for any infatuation with dogs or bestiality, the French aren't really known for that either.
So this joke of yours isn't funny at all. It's just an insult, and as such it doesn't belong here in a joke and riddle page. We have all gotten dumber having heard this. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
