I have several things to say on this subject. The most pertinent is that you should dump your boyfriend. Anything you do to your body should be your choice and shouldn't be done to impress someone. Especially something who doesn't think you're beautiful.

Secondly, you don't pierce the clit. Very very very few piercers will do this. mainly because if you're off by even the slightest, you will seriously kill all the nerves in this are. You do pierce the HOOD though. You can get verticle or horizontal depending on what your body is made for. I have a verticle and have a curved barbell.

I also have my nipples done. The nipples hurt slightly. More than an ear piercing but over all wasn't that bad. My hood didn't hurt at all. I have straight barbells in my nipps and will get a shield here soon.

Do not get hoops right away! bad for healing.

Get the piercings because you want them. Don't because some people think one or another looks good.

I don't think a piercing is what you need, but rather a good friend, some self esteem and (not to be rude) maybe even some therapy.

They are a tricky piercing to deal with and can take up to a year to heal, but patience will be needed.

I have both pierced and i don't appreciate the comments from some people saying that 'it makes you look like a slag'. I am not a slag and i do not think people should be stereotyped in such a way. (Rant over!)
Both are very pretty piercings but like many said you shouldn't get a piercing or change yourself in any way just for a man. If the piercing is something you want then wait until you are sure of one or the other or both.
It naturally can become infected, but taking the proper precautions IE a rep piercer and good after care they can be great. Although pain is relative i experienced pain with both with a very high pain threshold personally for me the nipple was the worst but i would do it over.
Remember that everyone is beautiful in their own way and if your man is going to say you are ugly he is not worth it and there will be plenty out there who can see your true beauty. Good luck in whatever you do

Don't pierce anything on your body if your only doing it because of a bf. Lose your bf, because he is an asshole and a jerk. If you want to get piercings just make sure that you talk to piercers and find one who is reputable and is knowledgeable about what they are doing. I personally like both piercings done and say get them both. I think they are beautiful and if you wear some nice rings they can look good all the time and accent your natural beauty.

It is not slutty to get you nipples peirced and clit peirced. just mean that you would like to have more pleasurable sex. The nipples will be sensitive so they are good to have but you don't really want to wait the healing time. The clit it a big no no. Did you know that 30% out of women get there clit peirced loose ALL sensation in their clit. Get your hood peirced. It is the same thing and some of the same feeling but it will not make you loose sensitivity. My advice is to get your hood. It makes sex with your lover much more exciting. It is able to be taken out and left out for long period of time and won't heal. This peircing usually heals in 1 week. Good luck!

Its so sad that you are asking a question and all your getting is critisisom!!!!
If your really serious about this then talk to a person that does peircings. I do know that both of these areas can loose feeling if you peirce them and nobody wants to loose feeling in their giney.
If you want this done then go for it just remember you can always take it out if you dont like it, and it's not gonna leave some grotesk hole in you nips or who who.
The only downfall in my opinion is the loss of sensation but talk to someone who does this for a liveing and they can tell you the pros and cons....

As for your bf, don't do this for him, make sure you do this for you. He should be respecting you for who you are. And if he really did say your ugly and you don't just think he does then you should talk about that with and and explore your options.

Here is the honest truth ...
I have my nipples pierced and as long as you follow your aftercare instructions to avoid infection this is your best choice. If you have medium to large breast then rings would look best smaller breast look best with banana bells or bar bells.
The clit smells terrible and is easily infected. It is in an area where infection is high ... you have constant bactiera from urine , sex , so on ... you have constant sensation therefore you also make yourself prone to yeast infection ... and that is where the smell itself comes from ... unless you want to spend months not having any sex and running to the bathroom every 5 minutes cleaning yourself as to avoid smell and indection this is a HORRIBLE piercing.

I have my **** pierced, and I'll tell ya, IT'S NOT gross, nasty or slutty in any way. If you get a nice little hoop, it looks quite tasteful. Some of the answers you're getting are from uptight retards who are so closed minded towards anything different from the norm. I think, if you want to pierce something, pierce it, it's your choice, and if you don't like it, it's not permanent. As for pain, that's different with everyone. I had little to no pain, but my tolerance is through the roof. If your bf is insensitive enough to say that to you, he's a jerk and probably doesn't care about you and no amount of piercings will change that. Dump him!

I would not get either of those pierced because you could lose feeling in that area.
