Moses was a Manifestation of God who possessed the Most Great Infallibility and was a pre-existent, perfect Mirror of God. Shakespeare was a fallible human being, who happened to have great literary skills. There is a huge difference between the two.

Moses was a wise man, from the good family. God chose him for a reason.
What we have to remember though that He does not call the qualified, He qualifies the called. With God we can do anything.

His literary skills were exemplary. He even managed to write the pentateuch as if it were written by two different people.
