Why just choose ONE?
In Europe everything is close together. The first time I went, I visited seven countries. It was a whirlwind trip and I don't suggest it, but...it's a small place and the trains make travel simple.
You could also start with one trip and then take another as soon as you can afford the time and expense.
Try going to:
1. Paris, France & London, England
Then to:
2. Vienna, Austria & Prague, Czech Republic
Then to:
3. Barcelona, Spain & Venice, Italy
--------------------------------
If you are on a budget - consider other cities that are cheaper and then take a train to the larger city - for a day or two.
Consider:
Lyon, France and
Bath, England
and other smaller towns.
Get tips from others who have travelled. I've spent time in Paris, living as cheaply as possible. It can happen if you plan carefully and research a LOT. Don't live like a tourist...live like a local.
---------------------
I never used it, but there is a humorous Web site called "CouchSurfing.com" (see link below.) You stay for a few days (for free, I think) with the locals who have a spare couch or room. You would have to consider your safety, but Europe is seemingly safer than the U.S. (except for street thieves and pickpockets.)
Another great site is Craigslist.org. Check out the cities you are interested in and go to the housing section. Don't give any money to anybody unless you are confident about the arrangements.
GO! GO! GO! I cannot say it enough!

France ofcourse. Hire a car in Paris - great European city - and drive to the south. France has everything you can possibly like. Museums, fun, great nature, sea, sun, best food in the world, lovely wine, lakes. Take the R.N. (Route national) It is for free and you can really see the country. Lots of cheap hotels also..

I would go to Spain, because the others are cities and not countries, and then you can visit many places in Spain.

First research which are cities and which are countries and that may help you decide.
