They say there's nothing new under the sun. These stories you are looking at wondering why the originators of the bible plagerized them arent originals themselves. They in turn come from OLDER myths that go back thousands of years. Virtually every country in the world has a death and rebirth myth. The Egyptians are most famous for it with the myth of Isis and Osiris. The ancient Celts took a more cyclical approach and tell that the god's death and rebirth is a yearly thing tied to the sun. Many of the myths and stories we love most have been repeated throughout history are merely echos of older tales, and such it has been since the beginning of time.

Well let's start with the second paragraph:

These theories are usually, but not exclusively, associated with a skeptical position on the historicity of Jesus. No peer-reviewed literature has been published and the theories have not found widespread acceptance among Bible scholars and historians.

Now, there is NO birth certificate for or GRAVESTONE for William Shakespeare, hence there is a theory he didn't exist and his stuff was written by someone else under a pen name.

That doesn't stop Literature departments from Teaching Shakespeare as FACT!

Back then, people derived all their ideas and stories from what they knew in those days. All ancient religions have common themes and common stories with seemingly identical heroes. They only changed names, events, and deities to fit into their own version of what the authors wanted to convey to those they sought to gain believers in their story. But since all stories from the ancient world mirror each other we can only deduce that people back then must have been greatly affected by stories they were familiar with already. And so future authors used that to their advantage when creating new religions.

certain stories were known to all people of the earth since they all desended from Noah. this also inlcuded the promise of a messiah...so you will see this reflected in the history and folklore of all people. however, the continuation of the saga is only found in the bible.
