I use wunderground.com because I like taking outdoor photos, and I like weather pics.
My sister uses eyefetch.com because she takes a wider variety of photos including a lot of people ones. Also that site has a lot of manipulated photos.
Both of these sites allow you to upload your photos, get them rated by the members, and allow you to rate others.
