To gain weight, you need to look at your overall diet, not just one meal. If you like eating the eggs, then continue to do so. There are other things you can can eat though.
Here is a calorie calculator to help you gain weight:
http://www.my-calorie-counter.com/Calorie_Calculator.asp
Enter your information to find out how many calories you're burning every day and then add 500-1000 calories to that, which will allow you to gain 1-2 lbs per week.
Then all you need to make sure you're getting enough calories. Instead of filling up on fatty foods, which might cause health problems later, you should still try to eat healthy. Most of your calories should come from lean proteins, fruit, veggies, whole grains and dairy. Obviously you can eat some unhealthy things, but you should try to eat healthy.
If you're having difficulty adding the calories in, you might want to consider supplementing with protein shakes. I order mine from www.allstarhealth.com. They have a variety of products there.
You might want to consider adding a little more exercise to your routine. If you add more exercise, you might need to consume more calories. Push-ups are great for the upper body. You might want to add some pull-ups as well. Abdominal exercises would be good, and you might want to do some cardio.
Good Luck!

Eating that much egg is so not healthy. Egg contains alot of cholesterol and is only advised to eat it once a day. The cornflake with milk thing is ok. You could try eating more protein (with less cholesterol). I suggest having a balanced diet of fish, a little meat, vegetables, and protein. You should also get lots of rest during the night. You could also take power naps during the afternoon.

you really don't want to ingest fats after training combined with the protein. this will greatly increase the time it takes for the amino acids to hit the portal bloodstream. switch to egg whites and skim/fat free milk.
the 2nd meal after training switch to oatmeal w/ fruit
